I was very disappointed with this Artist theme. I previewed this theme and was not impressed but I thought I could fix it up after I published it. My mistake ... Shopify will not refund even if you publish for 1 minute. I paid $260 for this and don't think it's worth even half of that. I can assure any store owner there are way better themes available. I suggest you keep looking.
From your numerous emails, we understand your frustration about the one-store limit per theme license and your view that Shopify is not an ideal platform for you. As theme developers, our support is theme-related, not general Shopify tutorials. Nevertheless we would expect a fair and respectful communication. Greg, if your interaction with us is how you treat your customers, it's quite concerning.
