• I love my new web site. I wanted to make significant changes to the theme and Alistair Norman of Pixel Union was an incredible help. My sales have increased a ton, and the ease of using the new site has (not even exaggerating) changed my business, and my life. • The theme is great but they do NOT answer emails.. I just paid $180 for this template & asked for help. they messed up my frontpage & I'm still waiting for a reply. I explained that Im tryin to launch my site & they have been holding me up for almost a week no reply.. I'm so pissed right now & I wish I never gave them my money. • Lack of customer service, so please be aware that if something goes wrong with the theme, Shopify won't help as it's not one of their themes and the theme designe (Pixel Union) has very spotty customer service. Be ready to be on your own. - Granola Babies

• This is an excellent theme. It installed without a hitch. Theme settings are clear and easy to set up. More importantly, it works seamlessly with Shopify - we've had no issues with functionality. • The Vintage theme's elegant, slightly quirky design fits our brand perfectly. We love the drop down menu design (multiple rows!) and the built in newsletter subscription form is a nice plus. Just FYI, we encountered some initial issues regarding collection images but Phil helped us out and even made some nice modifications for us. A great looking theme with good support. You may notice that I have changed the original design a bit, to make it fit nicely within my brand & I adore it!
