Absolutely stunning design! This theme has been great to work with in setting up a new vibe. Clean and user-friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Darren for assistance on some of my videos and page speed. He has been nothing but helpful and informative. An absolute pleasure to work with! Being new to the Shopify universe, I needed a helping hand to get some things sorted. I’m happy I found that in the personable shape of Darren. Having had many unhappy experiences with web developers in the past, themes are the way forward, and I truly believe I have now found my natural home. Tempocoffee.co.uk is only the beginning of this new chapter in my business life. Thanks Darren.
What a lovely review, thank you so much! It was a pleasure help you, best of luck with your store! All the best, Darren
great tech support, a lot of flexibility! https://y-wine-kitchen.myshopify.com/ for wine&gin shopping in Europe & China!
Thank you for your review! Our development team is always on hand to help with tech support, so glad we were able to assist you!
We love the theme and the support has been great! Quick and super helpful.
So far, so good. But the reason I'm reviewing so early is that Clean Canvas Ltd. tech support is very prompt, efficient, and ultimately helpful. Thanks for the help Mitch!
This theme is beautiful, easy to use, and customize, making it easy for our business. Support is also quick and helpful.
The support team is excellent and quick to respond to our questions about the theme!
Awesome customer service. Darren helped me tremendously.
I was frustrated in V1 that there were some "simple" customisations that required a theme developer intervention which have now been addressed in the more recent version, including the new V2. Thank you for continuing to improve Alchemy and providing features that online store admins need...
We are kricklewoodfarm.com and have had the Alchemy theme for a couple of months. We love this theme, especially the flexibility in the home page. Support has been great too when we've had followup questions.
