I'm not sure where to reach your customer service. After the update, my website appears in mobile browsing mode in incognito mode on my computer. I just updated it about an hour ago.

this is the worst theme ever man it was soo good before this latest update after 1 year of working and using this theme i made a wonderful website and was friendly with the code and now boom everything changed there used to be a file for cart-drawer which you could edit and adjust the layout according to your need now thats gone , what the hell man is this some kind of joke.

It a wonderful looking theme, with many of the design features you dream of, but for some strange reason product numbers / SKUs are not supported. You simply can't show them on your website! Neither can you search for them. If you use AI code to include SKUs, the formatting is off, and variant SKUs are not updated when changing variant and search still doesn't work. Strange...

Need to improve the perfomance like page loading speed, It is very important to do, because visitors quits while it takes time to load

It's relatively fast but certainly has some bugs and styling issues. The megamenu functionality is very basic and inflexible, requiring setting the Media type of all the menu's submenus for example. But as a free 2.0 theme goes, it's passible.

The recent update is making it unable to customize online store. as I was working on my site last night, I saved my work, and upon refresh, a white screen takes it place and I cannot seem to fix the problem. Ive cleared cache, cookies, and tried other browsers so my only conclusion is the update. Please fix this

The theme is very nice, but there's a problem! There's no problem with the scrolling text for desktop users, but when we access the site on a mobile phone and scroll up, the scrolling text disappears. This is a really big problem, in my opinion. For this reason, I can't publish the theme.

Checkout page crashes, It is a big struggle to checkout

Me gusta su funcionalidad, es rapido, intuitivo y ofrece una estetica mejor de la deseada, lo unico a mejorar es que al seleccionar una variante de producto se puedan ver todas las imagenes de la variante seleccionada, en el momento solo muestra una imagen por variante. De resto funciona muy bien y las actualizaciones han corregido algunos errores!
