We absolutely love the layout because it's classy, logical and clear; it has everything we need from a website at the moment. Although we have had only one minor issue with the site, support was there pretty quickly, courteous with it too.
I am very happy with the theme. I love the aesthetics and all the features. The support is also really great, I have had few issues which have always been fixed very fast.
The theme is pretty good. Regarding service, I had an issue with my Home page and the tech team was able to sort it out. It took about 10 days, but there was a lot going on behind the scenes and they were able to fix the issue.
