The support staff at Pixel Union are absolutely incredible to work with.The Atlantic Theme had a lot of what we wanted and was a great starting point.We customized it with a developer and the team at Pixel Union was there to support us at every turn. We bought the fabulous Atlantic theme for our shop (denada.co.nz, theme is still being customized) because of its simple yet refined design and typography. We've had some minor issues and requests which have been addressed promptly and with good communication by the support team. We highly recommend Pixel Union.

The theme is beautiful but more importantly the support we've had from Pixel Union (Connor Monro in particular) has been outstanding. I'm non-tekkie & ran into some problems that Connor sorted out, even emailing me on the weekend from his parent's house! Support like that for a small business like ours is absolutely invaluable. I had a store in Joomla & Virtuemart and worked on it 4 months. Got sick of it and decided to seek new options.
