Support helped resolve an issue that would have otherwise rendered the theme useless for my store. Happy with the results!

Simply the most completed Theme. I love it.

Generally having some compatibility issues with the theme - apps don't seem to like the theme code. Decent aesthetic but the function is a little difficult to optimise.

this theme is great and its very customizable. More importantly, they have the best customer service theme support i have seen. They are extremely attentive to my asks and needs. they help me out in a a timely manner

I've been using the Aurora theme for several months and I enjoy it. However, what I really want to compliment is their customer, because it's great! Every time I have questions or need assistance, they respond promptly, with instructions, using images and links.

Currently using Aurora and now have a problem with the color filter section. When I click on a color in the color filter, the main product image doesn't show the image of the corresponding color, but keeps loading. I need to resolve this issue, please contact me from support. Love this theme. I spent ages sifting through the Shopify themes before coming to the new Aurora theme. It looked so great, had brilliant functionality and styling options and is super crisp design. I've reached out to the support a couple of times and they are super responsive and helpful. I'm delighted I went with the Aurora theme and would highly recommend it.

Great theme and gives you the possibility to tell your brand story and show casing your products. I love the possibility of multiple fields to add product information; a short quick read and the extended one with taps per topic. I am really happy that I switched to this theme, it really uplifted my webshop!
