It's exactly what we needed to elevate our brand's presence and aesthetics. While I'm not well-versed in the technical aspects of the web interface, it's user-friendly and easy to customise. The new Aurora version introduces content animations, popup teasers, empty cart recommendations, new cart page layout, and many other fixes and improvements throughout the theme.
Added
- Important: added animations to the text content and images in many theme sections and blocks, you can turn them on and off in Theme settings > Appearance
- Important: added compatibility with Shopify's upgraded accelerated checkout buttons
- Important: added the option to 'Sign in with Shop' in classic customer accounts for Shopify's Shop app users
- Added collection recommendations for the empty cart drawer
- Added small teasers to all popups that appear after the popup is closed, and you can separately adjust its look on desktop and mobile
- Added consent checkbox settings to the sections, blocks, and popups with email input to improve your store's GDPR compliance
- Added the new layout 'Side' for the cart page and its blocks; note that this change may potentially affect your current cart page layout, so make sure to check the changes after the update
- Added the country search bar for the currency selectors, it shows when the country count is more than 16
