$300 for a theme that comes with no support. Their support and dev team basically said I need to hire a 3rd party to get support on their theme. We did not even ask for any code customization.
We are deeply sorry for the support experience you had. Unfortunately, changing the filter state is beyond theme control, as filters are based on Shopify's built-in app, and only they can tell how to make any categories initially turned on. Still, we figured out the solution, but couldn't reach you through the contacts you left. Please contact us again so that we could provide you with it.
