I selected Avenue because it seemed to have most of the features I needed without spending a lot of money on extra apps or coding. I did add an app for lots of gift card options & also coded in the a personalization box for custom products. I have used Support a couple of times and had swift responses. Overall I like the theme and would recommend.
I have worked hard to ensure Avenue provides numerous features right out of the box, so this is great to hear Danielle!

Another big update that introduces a new demo store. We worked with STIHL USA and used their catalog to update the Precise preset! While preparing this demo, the entire theme was reviewed to ensure the easiest set up for merchants.
Added
- New preset/demo
- Testimonials section
- Free shipping messaging has been added to 5 areas of the theme:
- Header announcement
- Header promo block
- Cart dropdown
- Product page content block
- Cart page
- Product gird/row metadata display
- 15 more metadata options were added to the compare option for a total of 20
- Product page price size option
- Product page divider block
- Product page option to disable automatic tax and shipping message
- Collection title size options for sections and sub collections
- Additional color options for the Advanced & Basic Filter dropdowns
- Add headline text uppercase option
- Option to add code to the via the Theme Settings
Changed
- Recently viewed section was redeveloped for faster loading
- Mobile/Desktop height settings for sections
- Provided scroll bars for wide tables on mobile
- Zoom on products has been improved to consider image size and provides better clarity
- Faster loading for product tooltips and icon pop up content
- Smoother animation transitions
- Pagination has been restyled to included multiple pages, along with the next and previous option
- Option to control sub collections per row, similar to product and collection sections
- New layout for mobile slider products and collection grids, 2.5 to 1.5 for better readability
- To accommodate the use of metafields and metaobjects, sections were updated to ensure the primary content, i.e. content blocks, will ensure the section is displayed or not loaded
Fixes and improvements
- Logo section slider was hidden
- Collection page vendor and sub menu block '+ More' was not loading
- Overlay colors relied on image opacity, which caused issues. Overlays have been restyled to sit over images, and opacity is applied to the color or gradient
- Section button colors had an issue with text being the same color as background

Big update to address performance to help boost speed scores, plus redeveloped the desktop vs. mobile header styling
Added
- Sections and templates now feature a lazy loading setting to provide control over "above the fold" lazy loading
Changed
- Based on user feedback, now when a desktop menu is too long, only the menu will revert to mobile, opposed to the entire header
- After consulting Shopify performance experts, images have been updated to add features to increase Lighthouse LCP scores
Removed
- Lazy loading Javascript libraries have been removed, and the theme now relies on browser lazy loading
- Mailchimp and AddThis options
Fixes and improvements
- Corrected a bug in the header cart link when the cart is empty
- Improved anchor link scrolling options related to sticky headers
