I selected Avenue because it seemed to have most of the features I needed without spending a lot of money on extra apps or coding. I did add an app for lots of gift card options & also coded in the a personalization box for custom products. I have used Support a couple of times and had swift responses. Overall I like the theme and would recommend.
I have worked hard to ensure Avenue provides numerous features right out of the box, so this is great to hear Danielle!

3 small fixes to improve the users experience
Fixes and improvements
- Improved the quantity selector function when inputting 2-3 digit numbers
- Improve measuring the available space within the desktop header menu to avoid a 2 row menu and revert to mobile
- Correct the pricing in the cart dropdown

- Updated the selector used to measure the main menu parent links

Shopify has released the Search & Discover app that now includes complementary products. This now replaces the previous tag based option to relate products. Along with a few minor improvements, a logo list section & collection column options have been added.
Added
- Added a dynamic logo list section based on the existing static section in the footer
- Collection option to allow for products in 2 columns instead of a row
Changed
- The tagging option to relate products has been replaced with the new Search & Discovery app option
Removed
- Javascript file asscoiated with previous tag option for related products
Fixes and improvements
- Added a Theme Setting option to add custom CSS to avoid editing files directly
- Fixed a layering issue that allowed slider arrows to appear above mobile menu
- External links for menu items in the header and footer menus now open in a new tab/window
- Footer language and currency options previously opened down, now open above the selector to avoid expanding the window
- Various accessibilty improvements to form elements throughout sections
