Excellent support — fast, competent, and patient. A format-filtering issue with our product images (universal images disappeared once others were tagged) was something I could not solve on my own despite intensive troubleshooting. Scott guided the initial diagnosis, and Chris found the cause in the theme and fixed it. Everything works flawlessly now. Thank you, Scott and Chris!

This theme is amazing! (if you're into this kinda design, of course) We had an idea of how our store needed to look, searched for the closest-looking theme, with the hope that we would figure out the rest of the design later.. and there were some complicated ones.. but Chris from the support team is the best! He helped us with everything we needed and executed everything absolutely wonderfully! ❤
