They carefully checked my store, created videos and screenshots, and patiently helped me understand how to connect product metafields using Dynamic Sources. Excellent support — fast, competent, and patient. A format-filtering issue with our product images (universal images disappeared once others were tagged) was something I could not solve on my own despite intensive troubleshooting. This theme is amazing! (if you're into this kinda design, of course) We had an idea of how our store needed to look, searched for the closest-looking theme, with the hope that we would figure out the rest of the design later.. and there were some complicated ones.. but Chris from the support team is the best! He helped us with everything we needed and executed everything absolutely wonderfully! ❤
