5 stars for Harmony theme! The support team responded extremely quickly when I encountered functional issues on my store. They professionally edited the website code to fix all my custom requirements perfectly. The theme runs smoothly and their technical service is reliable. Highly recommended for Shopify store owners!
I've been using the Be Yours theme for a while now and I love it. The store looks beautiful, it's easy to work with, and it has everything I need. What really stands out though is the support team. Every time I've had a question or run into an issue, they've been incredibly helpful. They've even helped me to update the shop and provide other very useful support
Great theme and great service. Needed a change to something and they implemented quickly.
Thank you Chris. Your support is really perfect
Perfektes Theme und super Support, sehr zu empfehlen
I love the gentle animation of all of the sections when they come onto the screen, it is on brand for me for a high end boutique. The most amazing thing about using a Roar theme is the excellent customer service you get afterwards. If I need help with doing something that is normally an adjustment to the code or something, they are always there to help. I love them!!
Happy with this theme and the quick customer service responses!
We had a few issues following a widespread Shopify outage and the team were extremely helpful with getting everything up and running again - it's great to be able to contact real people and receive tailored support.
great theme. good customer support
We absolutely love this theme! It's clean, elegant and highly functional, with beautiful templates that suited our creative aesthetic perfectly. The typography feels premium and aligned with our brand, and the site is fast and easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile. We customised the navigation menu, and while more built-in options would be great, the support team was fantastic throughout.
