Excellent Support Team. Also, the theme "Be Yours" is a perfect fit for us and it has lots of features that you otherwise have to get it via monthly chargeable plugins.

The customer support is phenomenal and very quick. Often I would message them and get a response within a couple of hours, and fixes within a day or two. I would highly suggest this theme if you're concerned you might need some small custom edits.
We fixed the issue with displaying the image on mobile on the 'Image with text overlay' section and the issue with displaying cart drawer on tablets.
We fixed the issue with displaying numbers on the Countdown timer section.
We added two new product templates, 'pre-order' and 'gift-card'. We also added a new Video hero section and added support boolean metafield for filtering.
