I had an issue with the Berlin theme not rendering images and text correctly. After some initial miscommunication, the support team provided a helpful CSS fix. This solution not only resolved the issue but also deepened my understanding of the theme. The theme's aesthetics and customer support have been good.
This is our first Shopify site build so the learning curve has been pretty steep, but after testing a few theme's we started to develop our site on a trial version of Berlin. The support even at trial stage was above and beyond what you'd reasonably expect for a free product, but that support has carried over just as impressively after buying the full version of the theme and publishing it live.
