Blockshop

My site uses the Blockshop theme and it is working very well. I love the look and the ease use when I make changes. If I run into trouble, the tech support is excellent.

Have used for years, and has been consistently great to work with!

Easy to use theme, esthetically pleasing. Support is competent and does resolve issues but I would suggest paying for the 3 month support package as it has much faster response time. Especially if you update the theme and custom code needs to be added back in.

We've been with them for 4 years and we don't change the theme because we love it. They put a lot of effort into always improving the theme to have all the possible improvements. The technical team is very friendly and fast. Totally recommended

Troop Themes is great. They have some of the best support I've ever encountered!

I need help with changing a text that my previous It company did and I am not very good with coding. They helped me by sending a link where to change it and step by step how to just change the text. They followed up with emails very quickly. Great support. thanks

Update: Nick and the team are fantastic. I had a new issue which he resolved to fix for me urgently. I also love that they are always working on updates to improve the themes. We use the Blockshop theme for our store and we absolutely love it. Highly recommend Troop themes!

We recently bought their theme and have been building out our online store. We have received really good support from Nick and he has helped us with setting up some features. I will highly recommend them.

We've been using BlockShop since we launched on Shopify back in 2019, and decided to keep/upgrade to the Shopify 2.0 version when we had the chance to rebuild our site at the beginning of 2024. I'm so pleased with the support that Troop Themes provides any time we need help configuring our set up. Am very happy with our choice.
