Update: Nick and the team are fantastic. I had a new issue which he resolved to fix for me urgently. I also love that they are always working on updates to improve the themes. We use the Blockshop theme for our store and we absolutely love it. Highly recommend Troop themes!
We recently bought their theme and have been building out our online store. We have received really good support from Nick and he has helped us with setting up some features. I will highly recommend them.
We've been using BlockShop since we launched on Shopify back in 2019, and decided to keep/upgrade to the Shopify 2.0 version when we had the chance to rebuild our site at the beginning of 2024. I'm so pleased with the support that Troop Themes provides any time we need help configuring our set up. Am very happy with our choice.
Amazing theme! Highly customizable, versatile, flexible, and dynamic. Loads of functionalities and great customer service. A+++++
I have used this template for a year now. The features, flow, and look of the template are top-notch. The layout, matched with my store brand colors, is a perfect match. And with this new version update, the addition of a sticky cart is icing on the cake.
Just updated to version 11.0.0, it has great new features and is very user friendly. Great support as well when it was needed.
great theme i have been using it for many years and the team is amazing very helpful when needed!
Theme looks nice, is user friendly with timely support. If you have customizations, just be aware that updates happen monthly. So you will need your developer to reapply and debug your custom code each time you update, which then gets expensive. We wanted an always-visible search bar but had to give that up. As Troop isn't interested in this feature, we may have to look elsewhere...
Thanks for your honest review Smokem. We do strive to keep improving on the theme to keep it up to date, fresh, and relevant. The search bar is something we may consider in a future update.
I recently purchased Blockshop for my jewellery business and I love it! It completely transformed my website giving it a professional and sophisticated look. The team behind it have also been very helpful. Thankyou !
Thanks for the great review! We think your website looks great as well! :)
This is a beautiful theme with lots of features and excellent support— totally worth the investment!!
