Customer service is really good at helping on the things they can help with. I needed some adjustments to the spacing between sections on my homepage & they were able to make the adjustments which helped me save $ since I didn't have to hire a programmer. One downside is that if you customize your theme it won't auto update when a new version of the theme is created. Just FYI!
