As a complete novice to Shopify I stumbled by chance upon this template, fell instantly in love and installed it. Lo and behold, it doesn't just look stunning, it's very easy to modify to my brand and where I had some minor hiccups, support has been incredibly helpful and got me back on the right path in no time. Be aware! Many Apps can't be embed into this theme. We've explained to them how to solve this problem. So far we haven't received any feedback. They required to access to our backend to check on it. It's working day, and almost 24 hours after we opened access to them, still nobody emailed back and even not accessed to our backend to check the problem. The support is very weak and not recommended!

I think this theme is suitable for beauty products website like ours. It's not too difficult to update even for a beginner like me. We recently inquired about the problem and Nick was immediately responsive to any questions. The problem was not resolved immediately but he continued to work hard to resolve the issue and it was successfully cleared up. He guided in a way that was easy to understand.
The design is great, but support is horrible.The theme glitches all the time and you will not hear from anyone for at least 24 hours to 3 days!!! And, they usually blame Shopify.A lot of apps will not integrate with this theme.Like the cart apps for promotions and free shipping count down bar.Their filter shows sold out sizes in search unless customer clicks in stock button at the very bottom.
