We needed some code edited on one of the pages and their team was quick to respond and happy to assist. I had an additional question about running facebook ads and was provided a great source (Storetasker) for finding a coding expert which was great, too.
The theme we have by Troop themes is super versatile, there are so many functions and they are ever evolving to the point that I've been able to get rid of some paid for add ons - as Troop continually update to include new features. They are also so so so helpful on support, every question I have is always answered really quickly and they have even sent me personal how-to videos. Highly recommend!
