The theme is user friendly and the support team is really responsive and helpful. They have responded within 24hours whenever I've had any issues :)
I have been using Blockshop for over 2 years now with my store and we have had nothing but a great experience with both using the theme and making changes, as well as the few times I have needed support. They are super responsive and willing to get into the code and make changes for me rather than pass it off with a list of instructions. Will continue to use this theme with the new Shopify 2.0!
Hello Blockshop Team, I wanted to let you know about some serious issues , I am facing by using this theme. The theme automatically changes itself time to time. It automatically add section to the store, removes sections from the store. Also I am facing issues with the popup, I don't knw where it is enabled, as I have added only one popup and the theme shows two. I am looking forward from you.
This is an amazing user-friendly theme! Their support is amazing - highly recommend!!!
