Fantastic theme, and great support. We launched it a few weeks ago and during setup, had a few hiccups with getting customizations from our prior site rolled out on Blockshop too. We dealt with Alex on the support team, and he's been awesome in getting everything done for us. Definitely recommended!
I loved this theme! It was super easy to use and really intuitive. The layout results were beautiful, and the theme owners were easy to contact with any questions! My store sells 100% organic eucalyptus bedding, and I thought the theme was the perfect fit between educating and selling on our webpage.
It's a bad experience. there are many problems with this templates , especially the products grid and serch bar , when you want to change , they will want you pay more money , the premise is , this template is already very expensive. They reply the mail very slowly, and they always say " Please ask the partner company to pay for it." ！and the search bar is completely unreasonable！
