Boost

it's a nice theme, i like it, good design and many options. I would like to know if you will release a new Boost version soon and if there will be any speed improvements

I like a lot of things about this theme, but the customer service isn't always super helpful. When I have had small theme code related issues (not their fault), the support team just offers Shopify articles and a link to Task Husky. *Update - after this review they did reach out and offer support with my coding issue.

I recommended the theme due to its reviews and marketing but I will stop that after working with it. its not worth the $300 since: - the style is very basic and does not stand out - sudden errors appearing - poor variety of sections/templates (eg. where is the promised store locator?) - customisation possibilities are poor - speed (theme promise) is not really better than others

I've tried to find a way to contact Support but it keeps telling me the website crashed. I needed help with the code on the website as my buy now feature disappeared and I've tried everything to get help. Please help. Other than that the website design is great.

I love your theme's code. It's very clean. I like the latest Boost 3.1 code cleanup. I'm a big proponent of maintainable code. Your theme has made it easy for me to add in the custom UI items to make Amazon happy since FlockCall.com is an affiliate store. I've updated our theme from Boost 1.6 through to the latest 3.1 - including that nasty little Shopify 2.0 update along the way. Easy! GREAT JOB!

The theme seems very nice at first and it actually has a cool look. Later you find out that the simplest features such as an icon banner with shipping information etc. cannot be implemented. The support is not what I expected. They are very friendly and I really appreciate that. Yet you are often forwarded to a third party developer for the smallest adjustments.

Be aware they define this theme as "VERSATILE" but later for example you dont have a single full width option in any section, even if they have it in the "inspire" demo, later you dont have option for it. It is a 100% boxed theme which I find a bit disappointed that dont have at least a couple of full width options because most of the themes have it and you expect so.
