The theme is cute. But if changes are needed, they have us hire an expert. Recent updates have caused issues across all our stores. We found a problem and reported for help immediately, but the response was delayed. This could discourage customers from purchasing. Every minute is crucial to our business. We hope to receive faster assistance in the future and will update our review again.
