This developer's profile falsely claims they are based in Florida, USA, but they are actually located in Europe. When I confronted them about their true location, they tried to cover it up by using a scheduled email feature, timing their responses to arrive during US business hours to maintain the illusion. This deliberate deception is highly unprofessional. If they lie about their basic location,

I’m honestly exhausted with this theme. It took me two weeks just to try to publish my site and the system still isn’t working properly. Every time one issue is fixed another appears. Now I can’t even proceed to the payment step. My marketing and ad spend are going to waste and support replies very late.
