I have been struggling with a technical issue on the Broadcast theme for a week now, and the support team has been very unhelpful. It takes them more than 24 hours to respond to a single email, and we haven't made any progress in 7 days. My business is stalled due to their lack of urgency. The support quality is far below expectations for a paid theme. I do not recommend it.

I have used a few different themes for my Shopify site before (I sell ecomm bed sheets, pillowcases, etc) and the Broadcast theme has been my absolute favorite. It is powerful. It has many sections and features. The customer service is fantastic. They are always upgrading and updating the theme. I am very impressed.
I LOVE this theme! It has many customizations and the way they have designed everything from the desktop to mobile designs, it all just makes sense. I can tell a lot of work went into building this theme and it shows! Highly recommend! Their customer support is also friendly and fast.

We've been using Broadcast for a couple of years now and it's been great. I've had to reach out to support quite a lot recently due to upgrades and changes. They have been quick to respond and always helpful and assist quickly and let me know what they've done, so I can make changes myself if required. Can't fault the staff or the theme
