We have used this theme for about 4+ years, and have seen the continuous growth of them (and us) as they upgrade it with new tools and features. That said, whenever we have needed support from them, they have genuinely gone above and beyond. We look forward to continuing to see the growth, which means our growth. Amazing theme with a lot of styling opportunities and also a good page speed. We had a different theme before and are very happy we changed to Broadcast. Other merchants have not reported any issues, and our theme is built to the latest Shopify standards. We believe this issue could be related to the customizations made to the code in your store.
