When I confronted them about their true location, they tried to cover it up by using a scheduled email feature, timing their responses to arrive during US business hours to maintain the illusion. I’m honestly exhausted with this theme. It took me two weeks just to try to publish my site and the system still isn’t working properly. Every time one issue is fixed another appears. Now I can’t even proceed to the payment step. My marketing and ad spend are going to waste and support replies very late.

I have used a few different themes for my Shopify site before (I sell ecomm bed sheets, pillowcases, etc) and the Broadcast theme has been my absolute favorite. It is powerful. It has many sections and features. The customer service is fantastic. They are always upgrading and updating the theme. I am very impressed.
