This developer's profile falsely claims they are based in Florida, USA, but they are actually located in Europe. When I confronted them about their true location, they tried to cover it up by using a scheduled email feature, timing their responses to arrive during US business hours to maintain the illusion. This deliberate deception is highly unprofessional. If they lie about their basic location,

I experienced some compatibility issues between the theme and the application, but the support team did their best to help me resolve them. Although I eventually switched to a different app, I really like the design of this theme.

I have used a few different themes for my Shopify site before (I sell ecomm bed sheets, pillowcases, etc) and the Broadcast theme has been my absolute favorite. It is powerful. It has many sections and features. The customer service is fantastic. They are always upgrading and updating the theme. I am very impressed.
