I have problems with my theme. I have changed it from a free theme to Broadcast. Now I have a problem with the tracking of my ads. I have now had the tracking set up by the same person who set it up before Broadcast. Before I never had problems with the tracking but since I use the new theme nothing works anymore. The tracking no longer works properly. Google tag manager und Cloud Server Track.
We have had this theme for quite a few years , customer Service has always been excellent . Recently we had an issue and I was very frustrated at lack of communication, once the team heard this they reached out immediately, the email I had left had not been accurate and that is why I hasn’t had a response, since then issue resolved with the same level of excellent support I’ve been used to .
Great theme, aesthetically pleasing and functional.
In the build up to us launching over the last 12 months the team behind broadcast have more than willing to help with numerous support requests and pointers as to how I could tweak things myself. I'm super happy we went with this theme as they've gone above and beyond. Thank you.

- Optional accordion style for the Footer blocks on mobile
- Add a “hide” tag to products to prevent them from showing on search results, collection pages, recommended and recently viewed (use case: samples)
- Sold out badge

- Added text and button blocks to “Before and After” and forced full-width image if no blocks are present
- Timeline dots are clickable on mobile
- Moved “Remove” text in cart to underneath quantity for an improved user experience
Fixes and other improvements
- Editions ’24 taxonomy and filter updates
- Cart text was missing the zero if no products were in the cart
- Out-of-stock notification form will appear on the sticky cart for no variant products

Fixes and other improvements
- Out of stock notification form was always choosing the first available variant combination.
- Important: If you upgraded to 5.6.0 (released April 15) and have already configured your new theme, please reach out to customer support and they will manually add the fix for the notify form.

- "Back in stock" notification feature for out-of-stock products
- 4 new styles for the collection color swatches
- "Fit guide", "Countdown timer" and "SKU" block to the Product template
- New blocks for the cart drawer: "Payment icons", "Icon", "Product list", and "Custom code"
- Final sale shoutout on the product page to call out products that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Connect images to your product variant boxes
- Show "Recently viewed" products in your empty cart
- Automatically add a "New" badge based on when a product was created. Disappears after a set number of days
- Important: Separated "Accordion", "Tabs" and "Description" styles on the product page into individual blocks for greater control. If upgrading, your description will automatically convert to the "Tabs" style

- Hide default banner images on the product page if you are using metafields for some products and not others
- Option to hide sold-out upsell products

- "Cart drawer - Note" not saving in certain circumstances
- "Popup" was not closing if you clicked outside of the area
