I am a first time web designer (obviously self-taught), and chose this for our store. In addition, I needed help with some of the areas I am not familiar with, the theme support has been amazing, and went above/beyond to help. The theme has been great and for the most part, for a beginner as myself (even though I research a lot), I highly recommend the ease of use, and amazing theme support!
