It's nice it's working I'm glad "I love it!" - but Support from "Shopify Gurus" that is no guru if making excuses that their are not developers and cannot answer for basic question about template, while theme author is Shopify, so I expect support, that evokes that Shopify does not know my products, and for that "I'm not happy".
Simple setup, took a couple of minutes... and it works!
Doesn't allow embedded video in place of product images! I chose this theme initially because of its aesthetic primarily, it can look great! But, I've requested the ability to have videos as product images but 2 years down the line its still not possible. It's waste of time to have developed your website based on a theme only to find it doesn't have a feature like this while others do.
