The theme is fantastic, perfect for my beauty business but what truly sets this experience apart is the exceptional support team. Their assistance is, in many ways, even more crucial than the theme's features. I received outstanding help from Antonia on a particularly challenging issues, which saved me an immense amount of time. I couldn't recommend their service highly enough! THANKS!!!
At first glance it's pretty good, but when you start working with it and start customizing things, the whole theme falls apart. It's full of inconsistencies, over pages, it has its fair share of bugs (not many, but the few are very annoying) The support is abysmally bad. I would not choose this theme again
The review is misleading and biased. The individual, a contractor tasked by the merchant to customize their theme, unprofessionally implored us via support to complete the work for him. Upon declining his improper requests, he unfortunately responded with this unjustified review as an act of retaliation.

The theme is great. But also you should know that the support team is amazing. This is almost more important than the theme itself. Antonia provided me with help for a very specific issue which ultimately saved me a lot of time. I could recommend it any more!

Speed demon! This is the fastest Shopify theme I've built with, by far. Many other themes often choke and lag on less powerful devices and have sus load time. Not so with Bullet, the performance is blazing fast, even on older smartphones. Also, the support is technically competent, I felt heard and really well taken cared of when I reached out and the theme just gets better with each update.
