Not only is it a unique theme that allows your site to stand out amongst the many standard ones, but the customer service is so great. They went above and beyond to help with customizing something within the code. You can tell they care about the product.

Not just a beautiful theme that works so well but also the support is great. The support (Antonia) was very quick in helping me solve every problem I came across and helped with great, custom help and feedback. They went beyond I was expecting. So far it was the best decision to switch Theme and buy the Bullet one. 100% would recommend.

I am super pleased with this theme. It is not the theme with the most built in customisation options, but it makes up for it by having its own unique look. I, myself, have been customising quite a lot on the theme, and I am overwhelmed by the kind responses and super effective help I have got from the Open Thinking support team.
