I have tried so hard to get in touch with the developers to receive help with my store even calling Shopify and asking them to get in touch with them for me. NOTHING. I felt I needed to leave this review because I have legitimate problems and need answers. Not really happy with my investment over at theheartdepartment.co

Amazing theme, and the support from Guille was incredible. They get back to you so quickly and give as much help as they can. Really happy we purchased this theme and would definitely recommend it.
Aesthetically, the site is beautiful, and the customer service is pretty responsive!! However, I feel that - in some ways - I have wasted my money because elements I expected to be available are not. There is no way to add those simple elements that I deem necessary to a web site (like an announcement bar and a plain text field). That is incredibly frustrating.
