The theme itself is very good, but the customer service is lacking. Any request for guidance on editing the code of the theme is met with "hire a developer" when I'm capable of making the changes myself I just need a little guidance. I ended up figuring out how to do the changes on my own, but some help would have been nice.

I have been using the Canopy theme since 2020 and it does everything I ask of it...and more. I have a large, varied inventory and needed a theme that could cope with this. I was amazed that any improvements/updates are provided free of charge once the theme is purchased. The support offered by Clean Canvas is second to none. I am a real novice and advice is given without the usual tech jargon.
