Canopy is the absolute best theme for my store Tiny Tot Prop Shop Inc. I first found it when I had made the switch to Shopify, but I couldn't afford it at the time. I made it a huge priority to save money in order to purchase this theme as I felt it really suited my business. I recently had to contact support due to some coding errors I was having and Mitch was awesome!
I'm using the Canopy theme for our website which is an online farmers market. So far it is working well and the customer support is responsive and very helpful.
This theme is perfect for our business, very versatile and a nice, simple, clean design, letting the products take center stage. Also the support has been A+. I recently dealt with Mitch from the support team... quick, thorough and definitely did NOT phone it in. At one point he created a video response to better explain my question, it was 100% effective and certainly appreciated. 5 stars.
I loved the look of the theme more than anything else I had seen but what stopped from looking any further were the reviews for Clean Canvas, which were astonishingly good! As a newbie Shopify user, that's what what I needed more than anything else. I was never disappointed! If I had a question, the next morning, I had all the help I needed!!!! Wow!!! Exceptional template and customer care!!!!
