I changed to this theme from a much older style theme and I am very happy with it. I have contacted their support numerous times and found them to be always very helpful and reply to my questions quickly.

The theme itself is very good, but the customer service is lacking. Any request for guidance on editing the code of the theme is met with "hire a developer" when I'm capable of making the changes myself I just need a little guidance. I ended up figuring out how to do the changes on my own, but some help would have been nice.
