The new redesigned update took away the lightbox feature and I am really not happy about that. Because of the products I sell the lightbox feature was really important for my product pages. Update: Clean Canvas reached out and offered to code it for my site but they assured me that the Lightbox feature has already been in the works for a future update. That is fantastic news. Thank you Mitch!!!

Absolutely distraught by this latest update. My preset and customizations will be completely erased. I see that they expect us to spend the time to redesign because it will be "worthwhile" for the new features. I spent over $300 on this not even a year ago, and updating will undo hours of hard work. I can't stay on the previous version indefinitely. Completely unreasonable.
As outlined in the changleog, this was a "once-off" major product rework not for auto-updating. It introduces a host of new features, functionalities, and an entirely new future-proofed code framework. Major updates can require some adjustments, but the benefits will far outweigh the temporary inconvenience. Our team is here to support you through this process! Reach out! Thanks.
