Recently changed to this theme, and really like it! Our former theme wasn´t this advanced, so we had to figure out/customize many things by ourselves. And customer service is really good. Fast response and very helpful solutions to stuff I was wondering about.

I purchased this theme as it offered the features I needed for my shop as well as a style that suited my brand. The customer support has been exceptional with every question or challenge I had. The theme has been easy to customise and fits my e-shop just as I hoped it would. Very happy with this theme.

Purchased this theme because it had a style that really fit what I was looking for. Customer service gets back to you fairly quickly too. Obviously if you wanted to change things around you would need to hire a Developer to edit the code etc. unless you're able to do that yourself. It's a great theme, It's cool.

It's not just that we love the theme. We do. But we also love its integration with Shopify, and our ability to very particularly customize it. But most of all, we are seriously impressed with the people behind it (especially Dale!). From our initial download to our most recent request for a special customization, they have been lightning quick, super competent, and friendly.

We have had this theme for over a year, Recently I started to rebuild our site and did a lot of new page templates and work. During this process I an update appeared. We did not update till the new site was finished and everything is gone. We contacted support and the response was " we get this is frustrating..but you will have to rebuild." Stay away

I bought this theme many years ago and when I recently had some issues, I was preparing myself for delays in response. I was pleasantly surprised that upon contacting them, Dale R quickly resolved the issues and I was even provided with a very thorough explanation and additional advice on how to update my theme and resources on how to do it.
