This is an awesome theme, It has everything we need and more. I had a small issue with pagination and the team fixed it in less than a day! Wonderful customer service and the theme is very easy to use, also works with all of our apps.

Regarding my Capital theme I had various questions. The response time was very slow unfortunately, 4 working days. However, my last question is now still pending more than a week. Really frustrating. Also, an suggested solution to one of my questions was not satifying since this concerned an existing function in the product page which should be working but still is not.

Apologies for the delay in response - each new email to our support team means the ticket gets sent to the back of our queue, and as we had a bank holiday here in the UK last week, the team are still catching up :) I can see that we're currently in contact with you to resolve your issue though, so thanks for your patience!
