The developers have been there to assist us 100% with any questions we have had or ways to improve our listings with their theme. In return our website is easy to shop and the style is nice and sleek. Overall the theme was the right choice for our company.

As a first time Shopify user this template gives me exactly what I need. Had an issue with Preview not updating and logged this with Eight. While the active response time (2.5 working days) was frustratingly slow, once Dale picked up my problem he was really quick to resolve it and worked through other queries I had too. Highly recommend this template and the support system that comes with Eight.
