Concept is an amazing, flexible theme, but the support is what truly makes it top-tier. Chris and Scott have helped us resolve complex custom requests and market setups quickly and professionally. Without them, we couldn't have built our stores to this level. Outstanding service and dedicated developers, highly recommended!
Scott consistently provides fast, clear and helpful support. Whenever I need assistance, he responds promptly and gets straight to the solution. His professionalism and availability make managing our store with Concept much easier. Thank you, Scott, for the excellent service! Mac Store - iPhones Recondicionados
Nice theme and helpful support. Thanks.
This theme solved all our issues, and looks great! We wanted to upgrade so we reached out to support. Scott provided detailed information and helped us install a previous version so we could ensure our files were upgraded smoothly. Thanks for the support Scott!
Okay so while building my brand I was divided between Concept and one other theme. Concept was fairly new and I decided to give it a shot. I'm glad I did though. The support and development team has been extremely helpful in solving and coming through with any and all queries we've had. The theme is good and hoping you guys come up with even better features than most themes out there!
I can't say enough good things about the RoarTheme development and support team. They've come through for me time and time again. Beyond my expectations. They've addressed every issue and concern I have. The Concept theme is great and I love the modern look. I highly recommend RoarTheme and Concept.
Concept has exceeded my expectations! Every feature has clear, step-by-step documentation, making setup and troubleshooting incredibly easy. Whenever something isn’t working properly, the support team responds quickly. I’m honestly amazed at how easy this theme is to use. Highly recommend it to anyone running a Shopify store!
Genuinely one of the best support experiences from Scott and the RoarTheme team. We needed a custom read-more toggle that splits precisely at a heading, not a fixed character count, and they iterated through several rounds until it was right, adding sticky-header offset handling, mobile fallback heights, and reduced-motion support along the way. Highly recommend.
I love this Theme. I had a problem with my header and they fixed it in like 5 minutes! Everytime i need the support, they are there in seconds for me!
We are extremely satisfied with the Concept theme and the outstanding support from Scott and the RoarTheme team. The theme is beautifully designed, flexible, and professional, and Scott’s support has been incredibly helpful and responsive. We also have one small request: would it be possible to feature our website in your list of sample websites using the Concept theme, similar to those showcased
