Genuinely one of the best support experiences from Scott and the RoarTheme team. We needed a custom read-more toggle that splits precisely at a heading, not a fixed character count, and they iterated through several rounds until it was right, adding sticky-header offset handling, mobile fallback heights, and reduced-motion support along the way. Highly recommend.
I love this Theme. I had a problem with my header and they fixed it in like 5 minutes! Everytime i need the support, they are there in seconds for me!
We are extremely satisfied with the Concept theme and the outstanding support from Scott and the RoarTheme team. The theme is beautifully designed, flexible, and professional, and Scott’s support has been incredibly helpful and responsive. We also have one small request: would it be possible to feature our website in your list of sample websites using the Concept theme, similar to those showcased
A massive shout‑out to Scott and Concept technical support! I’ve reached out with quite a few custom requests over time. What impresses me most is they don’t brush off my ideas. Every single time, they listen carefully and work hard to turn my requirements into reality. Even for complicated adjustments, they stay patient, keep me updated on progress, and do everything they can to get things done.
I'm completely in love with this theme! It looks incredible and offers so many features and customization possibilities. My new site isn't live yet, but I'll update my review once launched. And the customer service is simply outstanding! Every question I've had was answered with a solution within just a few hours. Seriously impressive support. Thank you so much!
The developers were extremely responsive; they resolved my issue in less than a day, and the entire service experience was highly satisfactory.
This theme is up at the top. Very responsive and rich in features. Updates are frequent and a must-have if you want to stay at the top. Support is great to deal with, fast and responsive.
Concept is the best theme I’ve ever used. Both the customer service and the technical quality of the theme are absolutely excellent. I’ve already recommended it to six friends, and they’ve purchased their themes as well. It’s truly outstanding. In my opinion, Concept is the number one theme in the Shopify Theme Store.
I've been using this Shopify theme for a while now, and I'm very happy with it. The design is clean, modern, and professional, and there are plenty of customization options without making things complicated. It's easy to work with, performs smoothly, and looks great on both desktop and mobile.
Great theme and excellent support. Every request was answered in detail very quickly. Very happy with everything.
