I love the theme and how feature packed it is. Its slick and smooth with seamless transitions. Great theme but more importantly very responsive and helpful technical support. I had an issue with my website and the support team looked at the code and figured out the problem. Had I not been technical it would have been more difficult. Thanks Scott
I was an early customer of this theme, and there have been lots of issues that have mostly been fixed now, although STILL there remain bugs in the theme. When confronted with bugs, the owner acts blind, although I made a video of the issue, a screenshot of the issue, ignoring the huge whitescreen that should definetly not be there. Not helpful support at all. What a waste.
The white screen isn't a bug in our theme. It's a very brief moment occurring during page transitions, common across all other themes, while the browser is fetching & rendering data from the Shopify server; a technical limitation outside of our control, similar to how you might see a brief flicker when switching between TV channels. We understand the frustration, but it's not a theme's issue.
