"Theme setup problem" (#3656728) / RoarTheme (ticksy.com) Complaint against Scott N. Didn’t get any support from Scott all week. Scott asked for us to pay $250 upfront and we did. Still no support all week. Scott is a master delay tactician. Requested canceling the theme since no support all week. We are thrilled with this theme and its flexibility. As a front-end developer, user experience and site performance are paramount and this theme excels at both. The quality of the code is top shelf. The myriad of options and fine details let us customize so much of the MANY page templates and modules. Our products have never looked so good!

So far this theme has been great for us and the customer service support has been extremely helpful. There have only been one or two things we've had to find alternative solutions for when the customer service team is unable to assist due to theme limitations.
