The theme has been great for our store, but the real value is the support team! They've been so prompt with their responses and detailed in their explanations whenever we faced issues - so helpful!

The theme is works well for us! The teams is helpful and has supported us in resolving issues we faced during transition. It's been only 2 months though.

Super pleased with the Botanical theme. It's intuitive, easy to work with, the help center documentation is well organized and addresses most of the questions that arise, and when I've had to reach out to customer support, they were quick to respond, very polite and pleasant to work with. I'm a fan.

Buying Cornerstone was a massive mistake. At this premium price point, you expect premium service, but the support is non-existent. I have been waiting 7 days for a response while my store is broken. It is unacceptable to charge this much and then leave merchants hanging. You’re better off using a free theme where at least you expect to be on your own. Total waste of money."

We have been using this theme for a year and loving it so far! The theme is beautiful and we are using it for fashion brand. The theme support team has been really helpful too! We did use custom css to further styling the website. There are functions that might need external shopify apps, which is normal, test it out as trial first to see if you like it^^

I like the way it's build and the performance, look and feel in various browsers and devices. The support desk is easy to approach and helpful. We are still busy in the last phase of going live. But so far so good it looks great.

We’ve been using the Cornerstone theme since our store launched and encountered several issues along the way. Each time, Lynne and the support team were extremely helpful and responsive in resolving them. I’m very grateful! Highly recommended!

Not sure about their support timezone, but I reached out last Friday (November 7) and still haven’t gotten a reply. I expected quicker support given the price, so this has been a bit disappointing.
