Super pleased with the Botanical theme. It's intuitive, easy to work with, the help center documentation is well organized and addresses most of the questions that arise, and when I've had to reach out to customer support, they were quick to respond, very polite and pleasant to work with. I'm a fan.

Buying Cornerstone was a massive mistake. At this premium price point, you expect premium service, but the support is non-existent. I have been waiting 7 days for a response while my store is broken. It is unacceptable to charge this much and then leave merchants hanging. You’re better off using a free theme where at least you expect to be on your own. Total waste of money."

Hey MV team, it seems like you aren't receiving our email replies from Support for some reason. We'll try to send another one from a personal email account in case that helps. But can you please also try to reach us from another address at help@fluorescent.co directly? That might help if there's something blocking our email in your inbox.

We have been using this theme for a year and loving it so far! The theme is beautiful and we are using it for fashion brand. The theme support team has been really helpful too! We did use custom css to further styling the website. There are functions that might need external shopify apps, which is normal, test it out as trial first to see if you like it^^
