We were excited to use the new 2.0 functions this theme "offers". But we're already losing sales because the theme code isn't written correctly. It doesn't show the variant the customer selected, so our customers are confused and don't buy since the cart doesn't show their selection. Shopify support didn't provide much help. Install this theme with its errors to lose money on your store.

Slideshows have been removed , Howcome?

I love it, but I miss the slideshows or the option to have a banner that is more customizable in the width. Hope they can integrate that section soon.

I really want to give this theme a good review but for some reason my "buy now" button is not working correctly. Every time a customer uses it, it reads "transaction failed" and does not direct you to the check out section of the store. I am grateful though because everything else seems to work perfectly!

I am pleased with Dawn, and I think with a few tweaks it will be great for everyone. Thanks.

Somehow the product detail page looks so disarranged with limited customization options to help make things flow properly. Wouldn't it be nicer if the images on the product details page were arranged in slides, order than listing them, its chaos when you have up to 10 images for a product

This theme is amazing. The look is good, image swipe and zoom work really well on product pages. Earlier there was some compatibility issue on some browsers. But the support team assisted us to fix it. Our store now looks so much better and user friendly. A big thank you to the developers.

I've been quite excited that 2.0 themes were coming out for some time now. I understand why they did some of the things they did, but the lack of control/customization is inadequate. The color control is a bit confusing (Inverse color...inverse of what color?) We've been using Debut theme and I thought the load speed was great on it, but Dawn is even better...lighthouse results are great also.

There is a bug on actual Android device, which is banner cannot display correct on your mobile device. I asked support team to check with dev team, looks like no one treat it seriously.

While it adds some flexibility it also takes away flexibility that we are used to from old themes. It is too simplified and does not allow basic tweaks of banners, pictures, font size etc. One major issue is that any new features on the product pages will show up across all products without any possibility to opt out. Will not proceed with this theme and will wait for a better one to come out
